The construction of the Total Health Center has been delayed; it will be finalized in December. This impacts the move dates for the following sites & services:
-COPC Sports, Spine & Joint on Cleveland Ave. (Now Moving December 4)
-Orthopedic Urgent Care (Now Moving December 4)
-COPC Physical Therapy on Copeland Mill Rd. (Now Moving December 11)
-This practice will be renamed to Physical Therapy Polaris

All appointments before these dates will continue to be at thier original locations.
The business hours and phone numbers will remain the same for all of these sites and services.
