Collective collaboration update!!

Elemental Wellness Co. is an education based wellness collective rooted in the belief that true health begins with understanding the body and developing intentional self care practices that can be sustained over time. Our work integrates movement, bodywork, herbalism, and traditional healing systems to support long term awareness, resilience, and autonomy.

Through our collaboration with Alfa Therapy LLC , we take an integrated approach to movement and pain management that brings together massage therapy, flexibility and mobility coaching, and structured personal training routines. Assisted stretching, mobility training, massage therapy, and self massage education allow us to work with the body beginning at the fascial level and moving into deeper layers of support. As tissue quality, mobility, strength, and awareness improve, the body is better able to organize itself, supporting posture, joint stability, and efficient movement. This work is not about forcing alignment, but about creating the space and support the body needs to realign naturally.

Our approach is guided by focused intent. Every stretch, movement, and hands on technique has a purpose, supporting intentional fascial unwinding and helping the body maintain itself more efficiently over time. Rather than correction or force, we emphasize education, structure, and awareness so individuals can participate actively in their own care.

Elemental Wellness Co. expands this work beyond the treatment space. We offer wellness education, mobility and flexibility guidance, nutrition support, and herbalism rooted in integrative traditions such as Ayurveda, traditional Chinese medicine, and Western herbalism. This includes a functional tea line, custom herbal blends, and personalized guidance to help individuals use food, herbs, movement, and daily routine as supportive tools for health.

We work within a growing network of professionals that includes licensed massage therapists, certified personal trainers, acupuncturists, mental health providers, bodywork practitioners, and energy based practitioners. Together, we collaborate to support individuals and communities through individual sessions, group education, workshops, retreats, and events. We are open to traveling to create shared spaces for learning and embodied self care.

Many people struggle with their health not because they do not care, but because they were never taught how to care for their bodies in a clear and accessible way. Our role is to guide and educate, not to create dependence. We are temporary by design, supporting individuals in developing the awareness, confidence, and tools needed to maintain their own well being.

Elemental Wellness Co. and Alfa Therapy exist to help cultivate a culture of intentional self care, embodied awareness, and lifelong learning.

You take over 20,000 breaths every single day.

Most people never think about how they’re breathing until something feels off. Anxiety. Fatigue. Tension. Poor sleep. Digestive discomfort.

Breathing happens automatically, but how we breathe matters.

Nose breathing is meant to be the default. The nose filters, warms, and humidifies the air before it reaches the lungs. It also supports nitric oxide production, which helps with oxygen delivery and circulation.

Mouth breathing bypasses these systems. Over time it can contribute to shallow breathing, increased nervous system activation, dry mouth, poor sleep quality, and reduced oxygen efficiency. It often keeps the body in a subtle state of stress without us realizing it.

Breathwork brings awareness back to something we do all day long.

When you practice breathwork, you’re not just breathing differently. You’re building a relationship with your nervous system. You begin to notice where you hold tension, how your body responds to stress, and how quickly your breath changes your internal state.

Breath becomes a bridge between mind and body.

With intentional breathing, the body receives a signal of safety. The nervous system softens. Focus improves. The body can shift out of fight or flight and into rest and regulation.

You don’t need to breathe more.
You need to breathe better.

This is why breathwork is such a powerful foundation for healing, movement, meditation, and daily life.

Your breath is always with you.

I’ve been deep in study and practice. Training in breathwork facilitation. Becoming a certified mobility and flexibility coach. Continuing education in meditation, somatic healing, pranayama, and personal training. Learning how the body holds tension, how the nervous system responds to stress, and how movement and breath can restore balance.

In Ayurveda, we honor the idea that learning is cyclical. There are seasons for sharing and seasons for absorbing. Right now has been a season of refining my skills so I can serve with more clarity, integrity, and care.

This work isn’t about collecting certificates. It’s about understanding the whole person. Breath, body, digestion, nervous system, and daily rhythm all working together.

I’m still here. Still practicing. Still learning. And still rooted in the wisdom that true wellness is built slowly, intentionally, and with compassion. I’m here for you if you need me too. 💜

This past week reminded me that burnout does not always show up loudly.

Running two businesses takes a lot of energy and presence. Somewhere along the way I noticed I had drifted off my own foundations. Meals were not as nourishing as usual. Bodywork and daily rhythms slipped. My nervous system was asking for care.

Instead of pushing through I paused. I gave myself space to feel where I was and to rest. Part of me wishes I had done better but Ayurveda teaches that balance is not about perfection. It is about awareness and returning.

Our paths are not blemish free. Life does not always go as planned. What matters is that every single day we have the choice to do one supportive thing for our bodies and our minds.

Today I am choosing warmth gentle movement nourishment and breath. Not to fix myself but to come back into rhythm.

If you have felt off track lately you are not failing. You are human. And you can always begin again.

Every day is not going to look the same. Your body is not going to feel the same, the movement of the world is not going to be the same. Just like the moon, we go through changes and transitions constantly. It is okay to flow with your own growth. Allow your intuitive nature to teach you exactly what it is you are meant to know. Cherish the moments spent in reflection. Always take a moment to just be.
