Three of our Ohio delegates (Ashley Duty, Indrani Kar, and Josh Musch) joined American Society of Health-System Pharmacists this weekend for the Regional Delegate Conference in Rosemont! It was an energetic meeting with plenty of important policies to discuss before the House of Delegates in June.

What a successful Spring Summit! ✅ The day was full of strategic planning, celebration/recognition, and networking/building community. Thank you to all who participated and Mount Carmel East for hosting the event. We look forward taking back all ideas and visions to continue to best serve our profession and members. Presenting the CE Speaker at OSHP Spring Summit Dr. Kelly Sweet!

Kelly Cassidy Sweet, PharmD, MSHA, CPPS is the current System Director of Medication Policy & Safety with Bon Secours Mercy Health, previously the Director of Pharmacy for Integrated Pharmacy Services. She graduated in 2003 from Wilkes University Nesbitt School of Pharmacy with her PharmD and in 2015 from Virginia Commonwealth University with her Master of Science in Health Administration. She began her career as a pharmacy technician in retail pharmacy in 1997 and transitioned to acute care pharmacy in 2006 as a staff pharmacist and subsequently holding a number of leadership positions since that time. In 2025, Kelly also acquired her Certification as a Professional in Patient Safety. Kelly's practice interest areas include Leadership Development and Mentoring, Associate Engagement, Sterile Compounding, Pharmacy Operations, Regulatory Compliance and Medication Safety.
