Can it be Proved that Trump is Virgo Rising?
The common time provided for the birth of President Trump is 10:54 am in Jamaica, New York. With this birthtime, his ascendant is 29 degrees Leo 58 minutes, indicating he was born only a few minutes in time before the ascendant changed to Virgo. Having over five decades of experience in astrology, I would never assume that a time so close to the border of two rising signs is automatically correct as there is no guarantee about the accuracy of the time provided. I would always confirm which rising sign should be employed based on rectification techniques.
When I first worked on Trumpās astrology, I did come across some astrologers who claimed Trump was Virgo rising, but based on Trumpās apparent personality profile, I disagreed at the time. After doing some further work on Trumpās astrological profile, I discovered that a Virgo rising for Trump needs to be revisited.
When I mention that I think Trump has Virgo rising, the response by astrologers is fairly common ā ābut he acts so much like a Leoā and so on. What these people overlook is that with a Virgo ascendant, Trumpās Gemini natal sun is located in his 10th house of public image ā he will behave like a Leo in the public arena anyway. Secondly, the major feature of anyoneās horoscope is provided by what is happening around the eastern horizon.
Regardless of whether Trumpās ascendant is at the end of Leo or the beginning of Virgo, Mars will remain conjunct his ascendant. In my experience, a planet is stronger than a sign, so having Mars rising will provide greater personality insight into Trump than the rising sign alone.
Therefore, regardless of whether Trump is Leo or Virgo rising, his primary astrological influence remains Mars for both ascendants. Mars provides his reddish complexion and bullying nature. I think few astrologers would disagree about this overriding Mars influence in Trumpās horoscope. It also explains Trumpās innate desire to construct major building projects and his attraction to golf.
In my experience, the best rectification techniques are based on health, not personality. Personality assessment is qualitative, whereas health isnāt. No one can complain, for example, that someone has or hasnāt had a heart attack, or a broken leg and so on, because these are unambiguous events, unlike personality assessments.
Despite the strength of Mars in any version of his horoscope, he also displays strong Virgo inclinations. The most notable Virgo association Trump has with health is that āTrump says he has never drunk alcohol, smoked ci******es, or used drugs.ā These are all associated with Pisces, Virgoās opposite sign, and a person is usually deficit in the qualities of the opposite sign.
Also, Trump doesnāt even drink coffee or tea though he may imbibe the occasional Virgin Bloody Mary. One reason why Trump is attracted to fast food outlets is that he is attracted to the strict hygiene usually employed in fast food outlets. Trump is a self-confessed āgermphobeā and so avoids shaking hands. Possibly as a result of his preference for low fiber fast foods, Trump has diverticulosis, a clinical condition in which multiple sac-like protrusions, also known as diverticula, develop along the gastrointestinal tract. Some sufferers of diverticulosis may report pain or discomfort in the lower left side of the abdomen. These symptoms can mimic other digestive disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Any health issue associated with the abdomen is usually ruled by Virgo (or the 6th house). These all strongly point towards Virgo. š³
I have not proved that Trumpās ascendant is located in the early degrees of Virgo instead of the commonly presented Leo ascendant. However, there is enough evidence of a strong Virgo connection to Donald Trump, and if facts have any relevance in astrology, Trump can no longer be assumed to have Leo rising. At a minimum, it is at a minimum, a good chance that Trump is Virgo rising.
