When my oldest came home recently on military leave, he shared about his time in Japan, where this incredible water machine is built.

I decided it was time to cut out all chemical floor cleaners, for good.

Last week, I did a massive deep clean of our main living areas.
And you know what? It smelled better than ever.
Not that fake “lemon bleach” scent, but clean.

Happy Thursday! ☀️

So… we’ve got these super old farmhouse windows in our current place.
They’re charming, but a nightmare to clean. 😂

And I cannot stand the smell of chemical sprays on windows.
When I worked at a medical clinic, they used window cleaner like it was going out of style.
I nearly passed out from the fumes more than once.

That’s why switching to this water-based cleaner has literally been a breath of fresh air, no joke. 😅

Happy Wednesday!

One thing I’ve never liked. Chemicals in the kitchen. Especially bleach.

They always say to disinfect your counters with bleach after handling meat…
But every time I’ve used it, I get a headache, feel lightheaded, and honestly, it makes me sick.

And my dogs? They lick the floors.
So, the thought of them walking on bleach residue? No thanks.

Happy Tuesday! 🌿

I know I’ve been talking nonstop about my water lately… and honestly? A year ago, water was just water to me.

That’s it. Nothing special. Just something you drank.

But everything started shifting, especially this past week.

My oldest son has been home since Thursday. He just got back from Japan, and hearing all his stories… I was blown away.

He shared how clean everything is.

Happy Monday! ☀️

What a weekend, family time, full hearts, and both of our boys home made it one for the books. 🧡

I Didn’t Expect This to Happen While Cleaning…

So, yesterday I did something I haven’t done in… a while.
I deep-cleaned the entire living room. Like, really cleaned.
Moved furniture, scrubbed corners, wiped down everything that wasn’t nailed down. 😅

And for once… I didn’t reach for the usual chemical sprays.
I used this strong natural water I’ve been keeping around, one of the settings I don’t always use, but yesterday I thought, why not?

And wow. Just… wow.

I’ve always had issues with dust and dirt in the house.
Not just because I see it… but because I feel it.
It gets in my lungs, gives me headaches, makes me feel stuffy for hours.
Even mopping the floor usually means I end up sneezing for the rest of the day.

But this time?

Not one sneeze. Not one wheeze.

🎆 The 2 PM Crash is Real (sometimes earlier)

Afternoon energy crashes used to hit me like a truck.

Dragging through the rest of the day… craving sugar, needing a nap, wondering how I was going to get dinner on the table.

But now?

I feel grounded. Steady. Clear. And not even drained one bit!

And the best part?

With the new product I’ve added to my amazing water, I don’t need to reach for an energy drink or brew a whole pot of coffee just to survive the rest of the day. 🙌

Since I finally sleep at night (like real deep sleep), I wake up actually ready to tackle the crazy day ahead…

Including my wild pups who think their full-time job is being underfoot every step I take. 😂 My little freeloaders love to know what I’m doing every minute of the day!

So today I treated myself:

And whipped up the most refreshing afternoon watermelon berry fruit (and the special ingredient) cocktail with my go-to water and some fancy ice cubes. 🍓🧊
