The apothecary is happy to offer an evening Gentle Yoga class on Tuesdays at 6 PM, in addition to our Friday 8:30 AM class.

This class is perfect for beginners, or those who are beginning again. 🧘🏻‍♀️

We have mats, blocks and all the props you’ll need.

Note that Homeopathy is a type of Naturopathic Medicine. Naturopathy is a holistic approach to health that emphasizes natural therapies, prevention and the body’s self-healing abilities. It includes nutrition, botanical (herbal) medicine, chiropractic, osteopathy, hydrotherapy, mind-body medicine (biofeedback, meditation), acupuncture and homeopathy.
