This week’s Radiant Moment features Natasha and Saretha reflecting on our first Radiant Conversations event, and one of the biggest takeaways from the morning was how hard it can be to remember to prioritize caring for yourself.

Something that repeatedly came up in conversation was how easy it is to spend our days taking care of everyone and everything else while putting ourselves on the back burner.

During the event, attendees were challenged to start thinking about what self-care actually looks like for them and how they can begin showing up for themselves in small, intentional ways.

Even 10 minutes of caring for yourself can make a huge impact on how you’re able to show up for your life, your responsibilities, and the people you care about.

So this week, we’re asking you to take a moment and reflect:
What helps you feel cared for?
And how can you make space to give that to yourself this week?

Of course, if you need support, the Radiant You team is always here for you. You can schedule a free consultation call through the link in our bio.

We hope you’ve been able to check in with yourself during Mental Health Awareness Month and use this space to gently pause and reflect throughout the month.

As the month comes to a close, we invite you to take notice of what has supported you, what has felt heavy or hard to carry, and what you’ve learned about yourself along the way.

We hope you carry forward what has felt helpful for you, even in small ways, as you move into a new month. There is no pressure to have it all figured out, just space to continue caring for yourself in a way that feels right for you.

We’re here for you at Radiant You, and if you need support as you move forward, you can book a free consultation call at the link in our bio to connect with the right fit for your needs.

This week’s Radiant Moment with our founder, Saretha, is a reminder to pause and notice all of the “should” thoughts we carry.

I should have a cleaner house.
I should be doing more.
I should show up differently as a mom, wife, friend, or employee.

So often, those “shoulds” come from outside expectations and not from what truly feels aligned for us.

Saretha encourages us to stop and ask ourselves:
How do I want to show up?
What feels true to me?
What actually matters to my life and values?

There’s so much freedom in defining that for yourself instead of constantly chasing who you think you “should” be.

What’s one “should” you’re ready to let go of?

As always, if you need support, the Radiant You team is here for you. You can schedule a free consultation call through the link in our bio.

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, this week is a gentle reminder that caring for your mental health does not always look big or drastic.

Often, it is the small, everyday actions that help you feel a little more steady, especially during full or overwhelming seasons of life.

There is no perfect way to care for your mental health. It is really about noticing what feels supportive to you and gently leaning into those things in a way that works for your life right now.

We’re here for you at Radiant You. You can book a free consultation call at the link in our bio to connect with the right fit for your needs.

This week’s Radiant Moment with our therapist, Nautica, is a reminder of how important boundaries are for our well-being.

So often, burnout happens when we continuously pour into others without checking in with ourselves first.

We love how Nautica encourages us to notice where we may be feeling drained, overwhelmed, or stretched too thin, because those feelings can sometimes point to areas where stronger boundaries are needed.

Boundaries can look like:
• protecting your time
• saying no without guilt
• taking space to rest
• limiting what you give when your own cup is empty

What’s one boundary you could honor this week to protect your energy a little more?

As always, if you need support, the Radiant You team is here for you. You can schedule a free consultation call through the link in our bio.

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, this week is a gentle reminder that your emotions are not something you need to push away or have all figured out. They are a natural part of being human and can help you better understand what you may need right now.

We hope you take a moment this week to pause and reflect on what has been coming up for you lately. Even small moments of noticing can help you better understand yourself and how to support your mental health, without needing to judge yourself for what you find.

If anything feels heavy or difficult to carry on your own, support is available. We’re here for you at Radiant You, and you can book a free consultation call at the link in our bio to connect with the right fit for your needs.
