April 30th is the LAST day to turn in your student's vaccine consent form to the school nurse!

Colleges require students to be up to date with their vaccines. Get college-ready! ⭐🎓

Why are these vaccines important?

MenB Vaccination: The MenB vaccine protects against Meningitis B and is required for students living in college dorms.

MCV4 Vaccination: The MCV4 vaccine protects against the bacteria that causes meningococcal disease, is recommended to be given at age 16, and is required for those living in a college dorm.

Help your senior get college-ready by getting their vaccines with Carevide School-Based at our Vaccine Event on May 5th. 🩺We will be conveniently administering vaccines during the school day- no need for parents to attend.

These essential vaccines keep your child safe and protected so they can focus on their studies as they begin a new chapter of life. 📚

Consent forms have been sent to CISD parents. Please turn your child's form in to the school nurse by Wednesday, April 30th, so they can receive their vaccines.

A Trailblazing Partnership

Regional non-profit health center, Carevide, and Commerce ISD have joined forces to offer school-based health services to Commerce ISD students. Located at the Family and Community Engagement Center behind Commerce Middle School, the health center is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00-5:00.

The center offers immunizations, treatment for chronic and acute illnesses, well-child exams, school physicals and more. While Carevide accepts private insurance, Medicare and CHIP, services are available to all Commerce ISD students, with or without insurance. Medical staff are provided by Carevide, a non-profit health center offering family medical, dental, pediatric and women's health services, with locations serving Greenville, Bonham, Cooper, Farmersville and Kaufman.
