I honestly thought about NOT going to the gym this morning.

16 degrees outside..

SERIOUSLY?

Slept in til 8, browsed my socials and enjoyed the comfort of my sleep number bed under my fluffy down comforter.

Why is it harder to go on the weekends? I get up at 4:45am M-F to go. I've already built the discipline!

So...I went.
I'm glad I did.
I may even go tomorrow on Sunday before church!
