These are all the things I recommend for home use!

🎄Heat therapy helps with sore muscles and helps loosen tight muscles. I teally like the Dreamtime wraps because they form to your body, they have essential oils in them, and you can also put them in the freezer for a more cooling sensation

🤶 Espsom salt has magnesium in it to help with muscle spasms. Add 2 cups in your bath water and RELAX!

🌲Magnesium lotion is my go to when I have a muscle that hurts. Just massage it in and within minutes it starts working.

🎅 Lavender aromatherapy helps relaxation and promotes sleep.
