Oh Eddie. He is that work uncle we all love. He has officially been with the company for 20 years and we can't thank him enough. Thank you for all of your hard work, the years of knowledge you have shared with the new generation, and the wonderful humor we get to see and be victim to daily. Nature of Work:

The position is responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties; it can be full-time or part-time depending on the candidate.

Examples of Work:

Answer phones & Route calls to specific people.
Take and relay messages
Greet visitors
Ensure office area remains clean throughout week
Send emails
Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
Required Qualifications:

Basic math skills.
Basic computer skills.
Good Organizational skills.
The ability to use office equipment such as fax machines and photocopiers.
Polite and friendly.
Self-Driven
Physical Requirements:

Ability to communicate and interact effectively in both verbal and written format
Physical dexterity to perform the clerical and technical functions which are inherent to the position
Job Duties/Requirements:

Electronically Filing purchase orders, shippers and invoices
Help Maintain Inventory counts
Help assist in "staging" jobs for the next stage in the build process
Help build orders for placing
Maintaining Job Costs Sheets
Entering in Timesheets
Assist in shipping

Total Tooling Concepts Inc., is looking to add an experienced fixture designer to our team. A prime candidate would be a fixture designer with experience in designing checking fixtures in Catia, Solidworks or NX. The fixture designer will report to the design manager, but will also work closely with the project manager and the customer.

Total Tooling Concepts Inc., has been in business since 2001. In 2018 the Company moved into a brand new facility that is completely climate controlled and has top of the line equipment.
