New week, new goals, and after a few days off, I LOVE lifting heavy 💪

I used to dread Mondays, but then I spent years working on my mindset.
I can make excuses all day, but im only hurting my future self and avoiding the results that I crave.

There are 117 meals left of 2022, and they are not all part of the "holidays".
Sure 3-4ish or maybe more are gonna be indulgent but don't give up on 2022 yet!

As the leaves begin to change and the air grows crisp I'm always reminded of how beautiful change can be!

Seasons of life are the same way-
This season we are focusing on building or refocusing our daily routines 💕
From the moment you wake up, to the moment you rest your head-
Where do you schedule time for your self care?
Where do you thrive?
And where do you struggle?

I want you all to meditate on these things this morning 🌄

We will all be working on different programs but we will all be focusing our energy on finding our perfect schedules.
