🌟 Monday Motivation 🌟

April is Stress Awareness Month, and it's the perfect reminder that small daily habits can lead to big shifts in how we feel. Let’s kick off the week with intention and calm. Try one (or all!) of these stress-relieving habits to set the tone:

✅ Get outside and move your body. Fresh air and sunshine lower stress hormones and boost your mood. Bonus: Vitamin D for the win! ☀️

✅ Breathe deeply. Try the 4-4-4 method: Inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 4. Your nervous system will thank you.

✅ Take screen breaks. Too much screen time = drained energy and racing thoughts. Unplug regularly and wind down tech-free for better sleep.

✅ Start a gratitude list. Write down 10 things you're grateful for each morning. It shifts your mindset and helps you start the day with purpose.

✅ Stretch it out. Gentle movement like yoga or stretching releases endorphins and melts away tension.
