Our Transitional Housing Program Manchester participants, along with a few staff, took part in creating gratitude collages during day programming. This activity gave everyone the opportunity to reflect on and express what or who they are grateful for, using a mix of images, words, and creativity.

Gratitude is the practice of recognizing and appreciating the positive aspects of life, whether it’s people, experiences, or simple everyday moments. It can play an important role in improving mood, increasing positivity, and supporting overall mental health.

These types of activities not only encourage creativity, but also promote reflection, positivity, and connection within the program. We’re proud to offer opportunities like this that support emotional wellness and self-expression for our participants.

Maple Lodge planted a Pinwheel Garden in recognition of Prevention Month, adding a bright splash of hope along the roadside. Our residents took the lead in placing each pinwheel, creating a visual reminder that prevention is something we build together, one intentional action at a time.
