Yesterday afternoon, several brothers, led by Brother Marcus Neal kicked off our DFW mentoring initiative thru the DREAM Foundation at Sally Moore Preparatory School in Grand Prairie. In doing we were able to mentor 15 4-6th grade male students who are part of a Bow-Tie mentoring group at the school. In addition to engaging with the students, Brother Deon Johnson led the group as we walked thru “How to tie a Tie” and explained the importance of being able to do so as each student walked away with their own tie.

This morning, the Conway Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi brought holiday cheer to our community during the 3rd installment of our Wheels and Wishes initiative. We were honored to gift bicycles to 9 deserving students at Theodore Jones Elementary School. Seeing their smiles and excitement was a reminder of the power of service and the joy of giving back. Thank you to everyone who supports our mission to uplift youth and make a difference right here in Conway.
