Common doesn’t mean ’normal’. Stress is so common that it’s rarely seen as a motivator to make changes.

But unfortunately, it really does impact all areas of health and happiness

I’d love to help you feel better and talk about areas to adjust easiest for a start towards less stress 🩷

I wish more women knew sooner... that not being hungry in the morning, feeling ragey and irritable, always being in a rush, needing coffee/wine, having anxiety, fatigue, cold hands/feet & 3am wake ups are all signs that stress is starting to kill you.

These symptoms might seem unrelated, but they're often warning signs that your body is under immense pressure. Chronic stress can manifest in various ways, from digestive issues to mood swings, and even impact your sleep patterns. It's essential to recognize these signs and take action to manage stress before it takes a toll on your physical and mental health.

Ignoring these symptoms can lead to burnout, anxiety disorders, and even chronic diseases like hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease. It's crucial to prioritize self-care, set boundaries, and engage in stress-reducing activities like exercise, meditation, or therapy. By acknowledging the impact of stress and taking proactive steps, you can protect your well-being and improve your overall quality of life.

The “Do Not Take Your Kids Here” list

This is a Community Safety Message. Faulkner County Sheriff's Office wants to assist you in keeping your children safe this year during Halloween festivities. Parents are advised to please review the "No Trick-or-Treat List" below to raise awareness on Level 3 & Level 4 S*x Offenders in the community so that you may avoid these homes while trick-or-treating with your children. This information can also be found on the public website at: https://s*xoffenderregistry.ar.gov/public/

We are releasing the following list of addresses in compliance with the ARKANSAS S*X OFFENDER REGISTRATION ACT (ARK, CODE ANN, 12-12-901 et seq.) Registered s*x offenders who are Level 3 or Level 4 offenders are restricted from participating in any Halloween-related event(s) and or activities involving children. Anything organized around and concerning the celebration of Halloween that occurs any time during the two (2) weeks before or after October 31 of each year, including without limitation: Trick-or-treating; Costume party; and an event involving the wearing of a costume or the handing out of candy to children.

In addition to these efforts, Faulkner County Sheriff's Office will be conducting a s*x offender operation on October 23, 2025, on all Level 3 and 4 S*x Offenders who currently register to assure compliance.

The following "No Trick-or-Treat List" includes the Level 3 and Level 4 S*x Offenders that are registered with the Faulkner County Sheriff's Office. This list does not include those that may be incarcerated.

We’re happy to report that 12-year-old Benjamin Prowell III has been safely located.

This outcome was made possible thanks to a concerned parent who shared information with one of our School Resource Officers. That information was relayed to our Detectives, who coordinated efforts and utilized department resources and technology to locate Benjamin.

We’re grateful for the community’s assistance and proud of the teamwork displayed by our officers and detectives in bringing this case to a safe resolution.

---ESCAPEE CAPTURED---

As of Friday, June 6th, 2025, at approximately 3:45 PM, escaped inmate Grant Hardin has been apprehended, and the public is no longer in danger.

Hardin was taken into custody by authorities working in Izard County just a short distance from the North Central Unit in Calico Rock. While many details will remain under investigation there is no longer an active threat to public safety.

All inquiries for information can be made to the Arkansas Department of Corrections and or the Izard County Sheriff’s Office. Thank you
