Johnsonville Community – Thank You! 🦃

This morning, Health Care Partners of South Carolina had the honor of serving our Johnsonville community by distributing 300+ turkeys, paired with food items, to families in need. We were proud to partner with Lydia’s Nest to make today’s giveaway even more meaningful as we continue our shared mission of supporting our neighbors.

A very special thank you to Molina Healthcare for their generosity and commitment. Your partnership made this effort possible, and we are truly grateful.

To every volunteer, staff member, and community partner who showed up with energy and heart — thank you. Together, we are building a healthier, stronger community.

This morning, Health Care Partners of South Carolina had the privilege of delivering 300 turkeys to families in the Marion community. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve and support our community during this holiday season.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Molina Healthcare for their partnership and generosity. Their support plays an important role in helping us continue our mission of providing care and resources to the communities we serve.

Another successful year in the books, and we are so grateful for the opportunity to give back to the community we proudly serve. The Turkey Giveaway is always a reminder that our work goes far beyond healthcare — it’s about connection, compassion, and showing up for one another.

A heartfelt thank-you to our patients and neighbors for coming out and celebrating with us. Huge appreciation to the Pick 42 Foundation for providing fresh vegetables to go along with our turkeys, and to Molina Healthcare for once again sponsoring and supporting this event.
