I remember when we first moved out of the country and I wasn't acclimated yet to my environment. One of my children had a fever. My mother told me to put onions in her socks overnight. I thought that was the most weirdest thing but it worked LOL. From what I can remember, that was my first holistic approach to to wellness. That was 24 years ago. I'm sure there is other instances prior to that but that really stuck out in my head. God has provided everything that we need to be healthy. We just have to go back and remember or learn.
