Our office will be closing early Thursday, July 3rd, for the July 4th holiday.
We will be closed Friday, July 4th, and will re-open on Monday, July 7th at 7a.m.

We've had lots of changes happening over the past 3 weeks.
We FINALLY got our appointment reminder system up and running. So if you have an upcoming appointment, you should be getting a call/text message as a reminder.
We've installed a new payment system. This new system allows you to put a card on file with the office for co-pays to be billed to and we can even set up monthly payment plans for anyone interested.
And finally...we have a brand new patient portal! Links to this should be sent out when you schedule an appointment and a reminder will be sent out 48 hours after your appointment if you haven't registered.

Good news update!!
Starting this Friday, April 18th, we will have a new system that will send out automated appointment reminders. On the beginning it will send out both voice & text reminders. This will occur until we get everyone's preferences set in the charts.
These calls/text will come from a generic number and not from the office number.
If you want to opt completely out of these messages you are welcome to do so, or if you want to email me (Toni) and let me know which method you prefer to be contacted by, you can do so by emailing kennethwoodmdllc@gmail.com. I will update your charts as I get the emails to cut out any unwanted text or calls.

Just a quick update on some exciting things coming to the office.
We are working on a new patient portal so our patients will have access to their information, such as labs, radiology results, billing and more!
This new portal should be available mid-May if all goes accordingly.
If you're in the office, make sure to update your email address as this new system will send out appointment reminders by text and email 2 (two) days before your appointment.
In the meantime, you can get access to your labs by logging into the Lab Corp patient portal here:

We are incredibly grateful for the close relationships we have formed with our patients and their families.
That being said, we request that personal means of communication are not used for office related matters. This includes, but is not limited to, texting and Facebook messages. These forms of communication are not HIPAA compliant and should not be used. Any messages sent by these means will not be responded to.
