Hey y’all, I’m Candice — licensed massage therapist and founder of Grounded Grace. I have a few new friends and followers and wanted to re-introduce myself.

Grounded Grace may only be a year old, but I’ve been practicing massage therapy since 2018. I’ve been really blessed over the years to be surrounded by such supportive coworkers, amazing clients, and people who continue to trust me with their care. Every day, every client, is such a learning experience. To be honest, I still get nervous working on some of you — especially other massage therapists! But being able to work on — and learn from — other talented therapists has helped me grow so much.

My goal with every client is simple: I want you to feel comfortable, safe, heard, and cared for. It’s hard to fully relax when you feel anxious, self-conscious, or worried about being judged. In my massage room, there’s no pressure, no embarrassment, and no expectation to look a certain way or apologize for your anything regarding your body.

I truly believe everybody — and every body — deserves care and can benefit from regular bodywork. I strive to leave you better than I found you, even if it's just a little!

I’m just one small part of The Wild Grove. We’re a holistic healing collective, and there’s truly something special about having so many caring providers under one roof. One of our providers can surely help you find what your mind and body need.

This service focuses on calming the nervous system and relieving tension held in the face, scalp, jaw, neck, and shoulders through slow, intentional massage techniques designed to help you fully unwind.

While some clients may notice reduced puffiness or a more lifted appearance afterward, the heart of this work is relaxation, tension relief, and deep rest.

This is perfect for:

• screen-time fatigue
• anyone craving a softer, calmer state

👀Please note: this is a massage service, not an esthetic facial. No cleansing, extractions, exfoliation, masks, or skincare treatments are performed. A small amount of massage oil may be used for comfort and glide.

🗓️This new service can officially be booked beginning in June! Until then, I’ll be practicing and incorporating facial relaxation work into sessions for clients who are comfortable letting me add it in.
