I haven’t had my cups with me and I hurt my neck/back this last week so after letting it rest a day or so I’ve been using this stone!! I lay just right on it and just it like a trigger point therapy tool! 😍😍😍 opened up my back so good ❤️

I am working on a Emotional Intelligence and coaching class😍 I have a questionnaire I need to go through with at least 5 hopefully 10 people.
Whose interested in doing an in-person or virtual (if your far away) get together?? Its only 10 questions but they are like.... deep🧐, like really dive into the path your on a make sure your getting what you want in life! I'd say be prepared to give me an hour and if we are done before that we can either just chat or you can be done!
