Father GOD!!
,As we prepare our hearts for the celebration of the birth of Your Son, we are filled with awe and gratitude. We praise You for Your divine intervention and love so profound that You sent us a Savior, the greatest gift humanity has ever received.

Let the miracle of Christmas - the birth of Jesus, the fulfillment of Your promise resonate deeply within us. Help us remember and appreciate Christmas's true meaning amidst the festive cheer, the lights, and the carols.

We praise You for Your faithfulness, love that never fails, and promise of redemption that was beautifully fulfilled on that first Christmas night. Help us to live each day in the light of this truth. In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen

Luke 8, He meets a bleeding woman who’s been hemorrhaging for twelve years.

She reaches for Him from behind—unnoticed, afraid, trembling.
And what does He do?

He doesn’t shame her.
He doesn’t correct her theology.
He doesn’t ask her why it took so long.
He stops the crowd, turns around, and says:

“Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace.”
(Luke 8:48)

In Greek, “made you well” is sōzō—the same word for salvation, healing, wholeness.

It’s not just about physical restoration.
It’s about integration.

He calls her Daughter—before her body is whole.
He gives her peace—before she earns it.

This is not Jesus the behavior manager.
This is Jesus the trauma-informed Redeemer.

So beloved,
Remember the Lord is not so far way, He ia in the next breath you take..

Most people grew up with a gospel that focused on sin management.

The goal was to behave well, think right, and keep your heart "clean."

But very few of us were taught how to deal with pain.
With trauma.
With dysregulation.
With abandonment.
With our nervous system when it won’t stop firing in fear.

And so we spiritualized symptoms that needed presence.

We called triggers “rebellion,” and dissociation “laziness,” and anxiety “a lack of trust.”

Praise God!! for Jesus💙

Jesus didn’t treat dysregulated people that way.

He didn’t rebuke trauma responses.
He restored the image buried underneath them.

If your body could speak right now, what would it say?”

“I’m so tired. I’ve been holding everything for everyone… and I just want to rest.”

No expectation.
No performance.
Just presence.

That part of you is sacred, and worthy of love, too.”

Jesus-
He doesn’t show up after the healing.
He is the healing—because He comes close when everything is undone.

Let me ask you💙
What kind of legacy are you leaving behind?

As David reached the end of his life, he makes a final deposit in his son Solomon—not about material things, power, or ruling but about walking faithfully with God.

He tells him, “Be thou strong… and keep the charge of the Lord thy God.” (1 Kings 2:2–3).

After all David had been through: The consequences of taking another man's wife, the consequences of plotting an innocent man's death, the death of his two sons, running for his life, hiding out and falling into deep despair. David is one of the greatest warriors and rulers of his time. He knew, that true wealth begins not in money, not power, but obedience.

His story reminds us that how we start may be rough, but how we finish matters.

Are we investing in others? Are we preparing someone to carry on after us—with faith, wisdom, and courage?

Whether you're a parent, mentor, or friend, your words and actions leave a mark. Like David, we’re called to finish well and pass on what matters most: a life lived for God.

If you are unable to sit with yourself, love yourself, spiritually invest in your overall well-being, by reading the Word and meditating, you are more than likely being an emotional terror to someone.
What does that look like:🤔🤔🤔
1. You are picking fights with your loved ones, ( this includes a partner)
2. You have unrealistic expectations of others ( thinking they are responsible for your happines)
3. You are a roller coaster ride of emotions, others are walking on eggshells around you, or tip-toeing.
4. Narcissistic behavior, that includes control ( It's all about ) you at all times.
