Good morning!~

Here is the link to learn more about the details of the program. https://cutt.ly/springreset

Spring is one of the best times to reset, but in Ayurvedic medicine, which is the science of life/living, inter-seasonal resets are a recommended step to sustained health and well-being.
I like to do this reset myself, once/year at least, with smaller resets throughout other times of the year.

Read more about the details here and which foods are allowed.
If you're on the fence or just have questions to clarify send me an email @gmail.com and I'll help you.

Disclaimer: Website support from Jackie Vick

This reset is 21 days and includes a combination of a dietary overhaul and focused supplementation supporting liver and kidney detoxification pathways. Along with group support and educational and motivational information to support you and keep you accountable to your commitment to you.

Let's talk Bloodwork - Heart Focused:

hs (high sensitivity)-crp:

C-reactive protein has been used to track inflammation in the body for a long time. If inflammation is short-lived this marker will be elevated for a few days. If it is a sign of more chronic and systemic inflammation, it remains elevated & is linked to damage to the cardiovascular endothelium.

Did you know about 50% of Heart Attacks and strokes are associated with elevated cholesterol? That is drastically low to rely on cholesterol/lipid panels alone to provide information into your risk.

Evidence shows that in patients without a history of cardiovascular events that have an elevated hs-crp, their risk of having an event is increased.

Your heart has a history β€” and it deserves care that honors ALL of it!

Dr. Brianna Vick, ND is focusing on stroke and heart attack (MI) prevention through thoughtful, whole-person care that goes far beyond a quick visit.

Who should be thinking about heart health right now?
πŸ’— Family history of stroke or heart attack
πŸ’— Currently taking β€œstatins” or blood pressure medications
πŸ’— Personal history of stroke, heart attack, or cardiovascular disease
πŸ’— Wanting a deeper understanding of your cardiovascular risk

What makes care with Dr. Bri different?
πŸ’— Extensive review of your medical and family history
πŸ’— Detailed education so you understand YOUR numbers
πŸ’— A thoughtful, individualized review of your medications and supplements to optimize support for your health and wellness goals
πŸ’— Additional biomarker testing for a more complete picture of your cardiovascular health

Dr. Bri takes the time to connect the dots β€” looking at risk factors, inflammation, metabolic health, and lifestyle influences β€” so prevention is personalized, not generic.

Last call! I look forward to discussing the details about prediabetes and steps to take to reduce risk of developing type II diabetes.

As Prediabetes can be asymptomatic, it's an optimal time to change the narrative and focus on regaining optimal function of blood sugar regulation before it progresses further.
