Parenting a child with disabilities that also identifies in the LGBTQIA+ community can bring about many challenges and questions.
This group offers a safe space for parents and caregivers to discuss this unique intersectionality and share experiences

Eligibility: Children aged birth to 21 years with serious or chronic conditions who require additional health and related services. If you reside in a county with a CYSHCN Program, you're eligible for our information and referral services. 📞
