Post workout Smoothie, y'all know I love to beet it up! Red Beet/Red Grape/Orange Zest with very sweet Orange segments on the side. I was so full after eating this. Another example of "Making Nutritious Delicious & Maximizing Fitness- J. Muntu Fitness & Food. Oh yeah for those who say "it costs too much to eat healthy and follow a Vegan lifestyle- this meal comes in at a whopping $1.35
1 Beet- 40 cents
2/3 pound Red Grapes- 75 cents
1 Orange- 20 cents
This Produce was bought at Aldi's (Oranges 1- 3 pound bag $1.99) and The 99 cents Store.
People if we eat crap, we will feel like crap, and worse look like it.

Look at those cheeks, I was blowin up. Not so much on a good way though. Still I got plenty of exercise though. A beast in the gym. And running strong, treadmill or stair master.
Say it with me, "you cannot out exercise a poor diet"! Hopefully this will sink in faster than it did for me. Lol!!!

The next morning I literally ate a whole Pecan pie. Note! Not the type of Plant-Based food I'm referring to that I eat now. I'm about 210 pounds at this point. I was even running, couldn't tell huh. Maybe it was the pie?
Had I only known what I know now.
