✅ Make a list of the aftercare products you need and purchase them in advance. You'll likely need surgical bras, ice packs, scar care products, wound care supplies, a neck or wedge pillow, and supportive cushions.

Top 5 items for post-care! ⬇️

✨ Nasal spray/ saline solution. It's super important to keep your nasal passages clean and moisturized to reduce dryness, congestion, and crusting.

✨ Cold compress. This will help reduce swelling and bruising in the early stages of recovery. If using ice packs, make sure to wrap them in clean cloths.

✨ Gauze or sterile dressings. These will absorb any drainage and bleeding immediately and should be replaced properly, as recommended by your doctor.

✨ Antibiotic ointment. This might help prevent infection when applied directly to your incisions / inside of the nostrils.

✨Non-stick adhesive pads. Designed not to stick to the wound, these offer protection and minimize scarring.
