Let’s welcome Natalie Starcher to the team. She is KIS Exceptional Head trainer and will do fitness classes in the Palm Beach and Broward area.

She is a certified Autism Exercise Specialist and Inclusive Fitness Trainer. She been in the field of ABA for the past 4+ years, spending one-on-one time with clients in various settings.

Her main goal as a personal trainer is to create a safe space for clients to help build physical strength, improve motor skills, social skills and gain independence.

“Each session will be tailored to each client’s needs and abilities”.

PE/ After School: we provide fitness fun classes for schools, after care programs and parks & recreation. Our goal is to give children programs where they can learn about their bodies and exercise through fitness games

Non Profit: we have completed over 15 events and raised over $60,000. From events like Back 2 School, Toy Drives, Tim Love Fund, Kids In Distress 5K, Autism Speaks & BGAP Initiative at Booker T Washington in Overtown Miami. Our main goal is to continue helping throughout the Tri County and bringing hope to the community.

Entertainment: we provide game master for your next kidz party, event or fun zone area to interact and make your next party full of fun. Bounce Houses and inflatables and interactive games will be available.

Athletics: through this program we can train future athletes up to 8th grade who are looking to gain and competitive edge. The focus is speed, agility, resistance, conditioning, mechanics and more.

Exceptional: children that are in the spectrum or have special needs can be apart of this program that still want to exercise one on one or small groups with one of our instructors

We hosted the first Field Day for Xceed Prep Academy a private school school with a few locations throughout South Florida.

With over 75 students and teachers and staff members this was an incredible partnership to support the students who work so hard with a fun filled day of activities.

partnered with us to run the fun zone area and do the warm up with all the participants at there 5K walk.
