Most teens do not think they are at risk. Most parents assume school covered it. That gap is where problems start.
What actually protects teens is:
• Knowing what symptoms look like
• Understanding how infections spread
• Knowing when testing is needed
• Having language to ask questions without the shame
Waiting until there is a scare is too late. Education before exposure is prevention.
This is why this book exists. Clear, age-appropriate. No fear tactics. No guessing.

• Helps prevent misinformation and risky decisions

If you have been telling yourself you’re fine, but your body and mind say otherwise, this is your sign.

Mental health does not only show up as sadness. It shows up as exhaustion, irritability, poor sleep, lack of focus, emotional overload and feeling stuck in patterns you cannot break on your own. Waiting it out rarely fixes it.

Support looks different when you work with someone who listens, explains and helps you connect the dot instead of rushing you through a visit. Whether you are navigating stress, anxiety, mood changes or major life transitions. Having professional guidance can change how you function day to day.

Care is available in person or via telehealth. Click the link in my bio to book an appointment.

If your energy. Mood or cravings seems to change every week, it is not random. Your body operates in phases, and your menstrual cycle plays a major role.

Each phase has a purpose.
Each phase has different needs.

Ignoring those shifts is often why symptoms feel overwhelming. Comment GUIDE for a link to my Ultimate Guide to Va**na Health.

Your period is not just about bleeding. It is one part of a monthly cycle that moves through four distinct phases, each influencing your energy, mood, focus and hormones.
• Menstrual phase focuses on rest and reset.
• Follicular phase supports growth and motivation
• Ovulatory phase brings peak energy and fertility
• Luteal phase signals the body to slow down and restore
When symptoms feel unpredictable, it is often because the cycle is misunderstood. Comment GUIDE for a link to my Ultimate Guide to Va**na Health.
