Most women aren’t failing squats…
they’re just doing the wrong squat for their body.

Here’s what I see every day ⬇️
❌ Squatting for the knees instead of the hips
❌ Forcing “ass to grass” when their hips won’t allow it
❌ Letting the chest collapse or over-arch trying to look “correct”

Truth is —
👉 every body is built differently
👉 limb length + hip structure matters
👉 depth comes after control

Start with a narrow, stable squat.
Arms up to keep the chest tall.
Own the movement down AND up.

Toning doesn’t come from doing more squats…
It comes from doing the right squat. 💚

Save this. Your hips will thank you.

Before you scroll past and say, “Yeah… but that’s his cousin.”
Let me stop you right there.

I never forced Cherice to do anything she didn’t choose for herself.

Cherice isn’t just family — she’s my DAY ONE.
We grew up together. Built businesses together.
She literally helped CREATE the Butts & Gutts class at Hunger 4 Fitness back in the day. 💪🏾

Swipe and you’ll see her old programs from 2014 — back when we thought that body was the pinnacle.
But in true Cherice fashion… good enough was never enough.

Then life started lifing.

✔️ Full-time career
✔️ Single mom of 3 kids
✔️ Mom body reality

And like so many moms, the focus shifted to everyone else.

Until one day she said:
“I’m getting my body back… and better.”

I didn’t know how she’d find the time —
until she did what all women do when excuses run out.

She woke up at 4AM, before the house woke up.
Not for motivation.
For consistency.

Same move Tenisha made after baby #2.
Same principle I’ve seen work for 14 years.

Not perfect.
Not convenient.
Just committed.

Cherice is proof that:
