You haven’t truly awakened until you walk through a grocery store and see 90% of the food as poison. This powerful observation calls attention to how much processed and unhealthy food is available in stores, often disguised as convenient or tasty. The more aware you become of what you put into your body, the more you start to see how many products are designed to be addictive, unhealthy, and harmful.
Once you start eliminating junk food from your diet, you’ll begin to notice how artificial ingredients and chemicals affect your health. The truth is, a lot of what we consume is doing more harm than good. It's crucial to pay attention to the ingredients and opt for whole, natural foods that truly nourish the body.
