Sometimes finding the right words to say and the right actions to back your client can get hard. But. If you find a doula who makes the efforts to really know you in a way that helps make your pregnancy and birth experience more positive ✨️ you'll see such a difference in how things go for you. Please know you can advocate for yourself. Use your voice. It's okay to use your voice. Advocate for yourself like you would for someone you care about.

Don't let someone tell you how to experience this moment in your life. ❤️❤️

Hey friends!!

I'm backkkk!! 🥰❤️ If you know me, you know I have had some things go on in my personal life that has hindered my ability to multi task and actually go full force in this business. I apologize I have not been the resource our area needs lately, but I'm doing my best to heal in all the right ways. I've been resting, I never quit.
