The medication list was ridiculous and expensive. I now am off all my medication and all I do is drink my Zija XM+ everyday. By doing that one small step daily I work on the inside. The migraines I had mentioned leave you with stroke like symptoms. I was unable to speak correctly, walk, or at times unable to use my arms.
