Well Atrium CMC in. Charlotte NC gave me exceptional care til the end. Case management came to my room and told me I had to depart from CMC on Friday during the blackouts in the city. I was informed I had no power or water and trees were down in the roads all over the city. Once my doctors got involved that status was over turned. Even Humana was going to discharge me since I met all my goals. This is a sad state of affairs that a hospital would tell you you had to leave in the middle of a devisating strom!!! Thank you Western medicine in America.

Know your rights and be your own advocate always. Re member I am a kidney patient needing water and a high fall risk even falling and breaking my back 1 year.

Life is interesting. I was doing plant-based food for 1 1/2 to 2 months. Felt stressed and chose to use food as comfort. My lesson I learned. Now that my body is used to plant-based food I can not eat other types of food such as sugar. My body rebels and my stomach hurts, so on with the gut cleanse and eating right which is plant-based food. I did not fail. I learned my lesson early in the journey.

I have been working with Ken Newbill and from eating plant-based foods and cutting out sugars I have lost over 10 lbs in 3 to 4 weeks. I intend to clean up my gut to live a healthier lifestyle. I went up to 152lbs from all my kidney medications from a transplant. As an adult in my 40's I weighed 125 to 130lbs.

Ken is a wonderful practitioner who has already contributed to my life.
