Announcing…MY NEW COMPANY .leaders.us!!! That’s right, I started a company. Fully stepping into my founder era. 👸🏼

I’ve been coaching and working with women for nearly six years now under my own name. My business really started to take off last year and I decided it was finally time to make it official.

Introducing…Rebel Leaders!

Of course it’s scary putting something you built out into the world. But like I tell my clients: just because it’s scary doesn’t mean you can’t handle it. I have big dreams for Rebel Leaders and I can’t wait to keep you all updated. (Come to the first monthly community call on Friday, we’ll talk all about it!!)

In this new era, expect to be energized, inspired, and challenged. The problems we’re facing demand creativity, empathy, collaboration, innovation, and humanity. And right now, we have too many “leaders” who don’t embody, or even value, what we need most.

But I have hope that there are far more of those of us who DO value this kind of leadership. And rebellions are built on hope. ⚡

If you feel like you’re going crazy right now watching everything unfold, doubting yourself, wondering if maybe things aren’t that bad or if you’re just being manipulated by the algorithm, that’s gaslighting. It’s designed to make you question yourself and feel isolated.

But you’re not alone. So many of us feel the same way. It’s up to us, those of us who are deeply feeling to stay grounded and keep feeling the hard feelings and not numb out. We’re going to stay on the right side and get through this together.

How do you self-sabotage?

We all do it. We tell ourselves we aren’t good enough, or we jump from project to project, or we put everyone else’s needs above our own, or we avoid challenging conversations...and on and on.

Sometimes you don’t even know HOW you’re self-sabotaging, but you know you could be feeling more peace, confidence, compassion, or energy in your life.

I’ve recently added a new resource to my coaching toolkit, The PQ® Program through Positive Intelligence and it starts with a free Saboteur assessment to help you identify exactly what’s holding you back from your full potential.

My top Saboteur is Restless, followed closely by Pleaser. And then, of course, there’s the Judge. Ugh...the Judge.

Being a Rebel Leader means we believe in actually BEING a rebel leader and creating the world we want to see in this very moment. We’re not waiting around until things get better, or hoping someone will come save the day - we’re showing up the way would if the world we want has already come into existence (with a full awareness of the challenges we’re still facing.)

I am BY MYSELF at the BEACH for the WHOLE WEEKEND!! After a busy summer of being mom / uber driver / travel planner / executive chef / court jester / therapist / etc I’ve checked into a hotel room and I’m ready for a solo weekend to rediscover ME!!

I’ve got some big goals and dreams and I need some quiet space and time to check in on everything, so I’m doing the same thing for myself that I tell my coaching clients - really thinking about what lights me up and what drags me down in my life? Updating my personal values and doing an energy audit - where am I living in alignment with my values and where am I not? What do I want out of this current season of life, and what might come next for me?

Ready for a long weekend of attending to my own needs with the sound of the ocean out my window. 🌊
