MOTIVATE’s Motivational Monday

Charles Stathes entered the eternal world on July 10th, 2025 at the age of 70.

He was born on December 8th, 1954 in Brooklyn, New York to his predeceased parents, Andrew and Sadie Stathes.

Charles was a loving father to his son Jerry Stathes and proudest Papou to his grandson Theodore Stathes. He is survived by his siblings Christopher Stathes, Nicholas Stathes, Maryann Beard, and Jimmy Stathes.

He was also survived by his nieces, Janet Gajda ( children Ava, Blake, Charlee); Christine Stathes; nephews Andrew Stathes and Johnny Gajda.

Charlie worked 24 years as a sales rep/driver.

Charlie loved sports. He was a diehard New York Mets, Jets, and Rangers fan. He enjoyed to play softball. More than anything, Charlie loved being a grandfather to Theodore. His greatest joy was spending time with his family.

Charles celebration of life viewing will be held on Sunday, July 13, at Fredericks Funeral Home 192-15 Northern Blvd, Flushing, NY 11358 from 4-9 pm.

Service will be held Monday, July 14th 9:30 AM at Saint Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church 84-35 152nd St. Jamaica, NY 11432.

My family and I greatly appreciate your support kindness and prayers.
