Spirit Song Yoga and Healing Through yoga, Reiki, shamanic Reiki and shamanic practices, Spirit Song helps people connect head to heart and Spirit to allow healing to occur.

Discover yourself through the ancient practice of yoga and breathing. Classes are structured on breath, asana and mudra practice with the intent of deepening a person's connection to the earth and to understanding him / herself. This is primarily a restorative yoga practice where postures are held. When doing a private energy healing session, I combine Reiki and Native American techniques to open areas of stagnation and help people release what no longer serves them. I am experienced working with soul retrieval, power animal retrieval, entity extraction and the ashkaric records. I also do house blessings and house clearings. For further information, please call.
