On this Valentine’s Day, I am feeling incredibly grateful for my love extensions - my beautiful kids and my loving husband. Love is truly the most powerful force in the universe, and I am so blessed to have it in abundance in my life. It is a love that is unconditional, unwavering, and brings so much joy and warmth to every moment.

In the Bible, 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 beautifully defines love as patient, kind, and never failing. In Buddhism, it is taught that love is essential for true happiness and inner peace. It is a love that starts from within, and radiates outwards to touch the lives of others.

On this special day, I am reminded that love is all we need, and it starts with self-love. I am so thankful for the love I have for myself, my family, and the world around me. It is a love that fills my heart and soul with a sense of purpose and fulfillment.

Let’s talk about the power of protecting your peace. I used to struggle with setting boundaries because I thought it was a selfish thing to do and I felt guilty about it. But I’ve learned the hard way that this couldn’t be further from the truth.

Creating peace within yourself and being the calm in the midst of chaos is essential for your mental and emotional well-being. I’ve discovered that everything is a choice, and protecting your peace is not only okay, it’s necessary.

Here are some tips that have helped me on my journey to finding peace within myself:
- Set clear and firm boundaries with others
- Practice self-care and self-love
- Let go of things that no longer serve you
- Surround yourself with positive and supportive people
- Take time for mindfulness and meditation

Remember, you have the power to control your inner peace. It’s not selfish to prioritize your well-being. It’s necessary. So go ahead and protect your peace, you deserve it. 🌿
