I learned a long time ago that I shouldn't continue to strive for perfection. I could get rid of my little tummy but that would mean never having dessert, no late night dinners with friends, etc. I do the best I can to be the healthiest I can be. I also live & enjoy & have fun. Balance. It’s everything. This article is very interesting & I know in my heart that it's true. What do you all think?

- Here is the sample workout that my new followers have been asking for. Some might be done even more slowly than shown & the goal is to get to 2:00 on each before moving on to a harder version or a different exercise. If you complete all 6 exercises before the 20 minutes are up, we add more but most only do the 6 or maybe 7 exercises per work out, 2x per week. There are many different exercises. We usually do 3 upper body & 3 lower body or core exercises. That's all it takes & you will see & feel incredible results in a very short amount of time. I am 66 years old & I feel like I look pretty darn good for my age & I feel great!! πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ‘πŸŽ‰πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘
