That feeling you get when you finish your Yin Certification while the house sleeps and it’s a beautiful morning with your coffee/tea.
What is one thing you can be grateful for today? I’m grateful for my challenges, because it’s molded me into someone I love, someone strong, someone who loves others, someone who can do hard things.
I’m grateful for the yoga community and the friends it has brought into my life- there are too many to count!

A little Saturday stop drop and ninja! Secretly? I nailed handstands a few years ago, then stopped doing them. I live with severe clinical anxiety and when I started them again a few months ago the fear was so great I trembled the entire time. This is now, and how I use my yoga practice to find out who I am both on and OFF the mat. To realize who I get to be and what I get to conquer. 💜 It’s where I focus and find I believe in myself again, in both stillness and movement. Thanks for always asking me to test the borders and reminding me I have a safe place to land.

Guys, I don’t even know how to thank you for this. The day I was notified was a hard day- mentally I was exhausted and feeling a bit broken. Then I was told I made the top 5- in TWO categories. What I do is making a difference in your life.
Students, when I tell you, you humble and amaze me, every day? I mean it. When I tell you I see you at the end of class, I mean it.
