Last day of the full moon 🌕. This full moon in cancer was on December 26th, and illuminates for about three days. And I believe the energy can still be harnessed even after with intention, as everything is energy.

There is heavy turmoil going on in the world and even with this, I ask myself how do we keep an open heart. And with the array of feelings and emotions what are practices to help us come back to center.

This is what came through along with this card. Intuitive connection and aligned action. Keep the faith. Keep hope alive.
There is no one coming to save us, stand up and let your voice be heard in your community. We are stronger together, stronger when we unite as a people. Here and now.

Impromptu beach trip with my parents❤️ My mantra this week: I play in my practice.

At the beach I observed little kids playing and having the time of their lives. Being loud, laughing and playing in the sand. I thank god and the universe for being my teacher today and everyday. Today I was Inspired to practice yoga Asana on the beach and do what my body felt and have fun.

Your practice doesn’t have to be rigid or shoved into a schedule or box. See what flows and what you feel called to do naturally. Let’s fit more play into this life. We only have one to enjoy.
