Sign up for this great program coming up in April. Conveniently held on Mondays from 12-1, have your lunch while attending a zoom on parenting teens and earn some CE's!

South Texas AHEC has opened registration for their next zoom series: Parenting Teenagers! Join us for this Lunch and Learn on Mondays from 12:00-1:00PM CST while we explore topics such as Development, Communication, Parent-Teen Relationships, Resources, Support, Technology, Peer Influence, and more.

Why Attend?
CHWs, nurses, and other frontline providers are uniquely positioned to recognize early signs of stress, risk, and communication breakdown in teens and their caregivers. This series equips you with evidence-based tools to enhance patient education, support family dynamics, and promote healthier behaviors across clinical and community settings. Strengthen your ability to assess needs, guide conversations, and connect families to critical resources that improve overall adolescent health outcomes.

1.0 CEU available per session for CHWs, Social Workers, and Nurses. Certificates of Attendance available for other individuals.
See flyer for more details.
