We all need to hear this. 💜💜💜

Women: You don't have to do everything, you don't have to be a supermom, a super housewife, a super professional, a superwoman... Because when your body claims you, there will be few who will remember you tried to be all in one!

So get out of the house, travel, walk, workout, go to the park, go to a gym, eat what provokes you, fix yourself, sleep later, put on clothes you like, be yourself, take care of yourself, love yourself, say no sometimes and do it EXCLUSIVELY for YOU!!

Children grow up and leave, husbands don’t always stay, work can easily replace you, the house will get dirty again, but your emotional health is also important and you may not get a second chance.✌🏼❤️😀

The placenta is an amazing and unique organ that the human body creates during conception. It starts forming once the egg is fertilized and is genetically made up of mom and dad’s genes. It sustains the life of the baby for nine/ten months by providing them with nutrients, oxygen, and a filtration system, like kidneys, to take waste products out of their bloodstream. It is also a gland that secretes hormones for baby and mama. It attaches to the inside of mom’s uterus and releases around 30 minutes after baby is born. That still amazes me that my body created an organ and got rid of it when it wasn’t needed anymore!!

The nurses said that my placenta was the largest they had ever seen. And my Doula told me from Sebastian’s birth that my placenta was the healthiest she had ever seen. I can only attribute this to the care I took of my body while I was pregnant. The print on the left is Jasper’s placenta which rightly looks like a tree of life. Sadly, I didn’t get one from Sebastian’s birth. And if you are wondering, YES! I am eating my placenta for all of the amazing benefits 🥰🔥❤️
