NOMV (Not One More Vet) believes su***de prevention starts with connection, compassion, and community. ⠀

Most people see the love and dedication veterinarians and veterinary staff put into caring for pets. What’s not always visible is the emotional strain behind the scenes. Veterinary medicine is one of the most rewarding careers, but it can also be one of the most challenging. ⠀

The Not One More Vet movement raises awareness about the mental health struggles in our profession and works to prevent veterinary su***de. Sadly, veterinarians face high levels of stress, compassion fatigue, and burnout. ⠀
