Who else feels like they’ve been stuck on the hamster wheel of life???

Running at full speed because it became normal. Because at one point, it was survival—sink or swim. And somewhere along the way, you didn’t just keep up… you got really good at it. The best wheel-turner there is.

But survival was only supposed to be temporary. The real goal was always freedom. Somehow, that shifted.

For me, it’s felt like my nervous system has been stuck in survival mode for years. And yes—my ego loved being good at it. But the truth is, you can’t run on fumes forever. Eventually, the body asks for something different.

I’m so happy to say… my wheel is finally slowing down.

Space & Grace therapy is growing in a way that feels aligned and sustainable, and I’m stepping into a new phase with intention. More to come on that. But first—I need to refuel.

I’m incredibly grateful for my clients and the spa industry that’s supported me over the years. And now, I’m doing something really special…

I’m taking a 5-week break to make a dream come true with my daughter as she celebrates graduating high school. 💛

When a client asked me for an Abhyanga with just myself (usually performed with 2 therapists as a tandem massage) 1 hour massage followed by a Shirodhara, I said absolutely!!! Needless to say, she was absolutely blissed out and booked multiple sessions!
There are so many opportunities to customize a 90 minute custom massage!

Yes, my prices have gone up over the last few years along with all of the other prices we pay. My valued clients appreciate my experience of 21 years in the luxury spa industry, countless hours of continuing education, as well as the setting I have created for my clients to have some space and grace for themselves. Additionally, my custom massages now include medical grade red light therapy if you wish.
If you want cheap, in my experience, you will find someone less experienced and/or less reliable.
