Spectrum Healthcare is proud to support Erase the Stigma 2025 — a community awareness and education event event presented by Konnect Wellness/Steps to Recovery Homes focused on behavioral health and addiction recovery. We hope you'll join us for a day devoted to breaking barriers and fostering understanding around mental health and addiction recovery.

Erase the Stigma will be held this Saturday, November 8th, from 9 AM – 2 PM at 637 N. Main St., Suite 2B, Cottonwood.

Verde Valley Habitat for Humanity 30th Anniversary Celebration & Inaugural Cruise-In!

Mark your calendars for Saturday, November 1st, 2025, from 10 AM to 2 PM at Verde Community Church (102 S. Willard St., Cottonwood) for a free community celebration hosted by Verde Valley Habitat for Humanity. The event includes a classic car Cruise-In in collaboration with Sedona Cruisin’.

The first 40 participants to register will receive a free t-shirt and swag bag. To sign up, email info@vvhabitat.org

For over 30 years, Verde Valley Habitat has worked to ensure individuals and families across our region have access to safe, affordable housing. Cindy Johnson is one of those people who just makes everything run smoother. She holds down the front desk at our Mingus location with kindness, patience, and a great sense of humor. Patients love her so much they started bringing her rubber ducks—from just two prize-bin ducks to what's now an entire collection gifted by patients. Cindy’s impact at our Mingus front desk goes way beyond check-ins. 🐥💚 She’s even been recognized around town as the “Rubber Duck Lady.” 🐥 We love that for her.
