Today I honor the medicine I carry—the hands, prayers, and intuition passed down through generations that remind me healing has always lived within us. This sacred medicine was never lost, only waiting for us to return.
As a practitioner who offers bodywork as ceremony, I hold deep gratitude for those who came before me—the midwives, curanderas, sobadores, and healers who risked persecution to bring life into the world, to soothe pain, to remind our people of balance.
Sitting on sacred Mayan land today, I give thanks for being trusted to share this practice with you all. May every touch, every session, every breath be an offering to those ancestors who made it possible. Not just today—but every day. 🌿✨
