Please join us in celebrating Alicia Raspberry as our February SPARK of the Month at Stillwater Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation! 💛
Alicia serves our community as an STNA, Preceptor, and Staff Scheduler, and she truly embodies what it means to be a team player. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our residents receive the care they deserve while also making sure our team has the support they need.
From coordinating schedules and ensuring staffing coverage to stepping in and covering shifts herself, Alicia does whatever it takes to keep things running smoothly. Her dedication, reliability, and willingness to serve others make a difference every single day.
Most importantly, Alicia leads with heart. She supports new team members as a preceptor, encourages her coworkers, and shows up for our residents with compassion and consistency.
