We’re so excited to recognize Dorraine as our November 2025 SPARK of the Month — and if you know her, you know this is more than deserved.
Dorraine has been part of the Stillwater family for many years, and her impact reaches every corner of our building. She shows up every single day with kindness, patience, and a heart that puts others first. Whether it’s caring for residents, helping a coworker, or stepping in wherever she’s needed, she does it without hesitation and without looking for recognition. That’s simply who she is.
Her dedication to her residents is unmatched, and the way she supports her team is something we’re all grateful for. She sets the tone with her strength, her reliability, and her genuine love for the people around her. Stillwater is better because she’s here — and so are we.

We’re so proud to recognize Kallie Crowl as our October 2025 SPARK of the Month! From her very first day, Kallie has jumped in feet first — always ready to help, always smiling, and always showing up for her residents and teammates. 💛

Kallie’s positivity, strong work ethic, and willingness to go the extra mile make her such a valuable part of the Stillwater family. She brings warmth and light to everyone around her — whether she’s lending a hand, sharing a laugh, or brightening someone’s day. ✨

Outside of work, Kallie recently got married (congratulations again, Kallie! 💍), loves spending time with her two amazing kids, and enjoys life on the farm. 🌾🐄 Her caring heart and genuine spirit shine through in everything she does, both at home and here at Stillwater.

🎃 It Was a Fang-tastic Night at Stillwater! 👻

Trick-or-Treat at Stillwater Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation was nothing short of spook-tacular! Our halls were buzzing with laughter, sugar highs, and more candy than a witch’s pantry.

Residents dressed in their Halloween best and had a boo-tiful time greeting all the little ghouls and goblins who stopped by. The smiles, giggles, and tiny superhero capes brought pure magic to our halls!

And as for our “fairest of them all” leadership team… they brought the fairytale to life! Snow White, the Evil Queen, the Huntsman, and even the Magic Mirror made their debut, sprinkling the halls with Halloween cheer. From “Doc” making sure every detail was perfect to “Grumpy” secretly handing out extra candy (don’t tell!), our crew proved that teamwork—and a little Halloween spirit—can make any night magical.

🍬 Huge thanks to every family, friend, and neighbor who came out to make our residents’ day wickedly wonderful. You truly made this Halloween one to remember! 💛

🌟 Congratulations to our SPARK of the Month for September 2025 – Lashae Severt! 🌟

Lashae has been a dedicated STNA with Stillwater Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation for the past two years, and her impact shines every single day. As an STNA Preceptor and a Champion of Memory Care, Lashae leads with knowledge, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to those we serve.

Her kind heart and strong work ethic are evident in the way she advocates for her residents, especially those living with Alzheimer’s and Dementia. She has become a true voice for this population, ensuring their dignity, safety, and quality of life remain at the forefront of all care. Lashae is not only an exceptional caregiver, but also a trusted teammate and leader within our Stillwater family.

Because of your amazing turnout, we were able to support the Alzheimer’s Association in their mission. The energy, kindness, and dedication from our community was inspiring and truly made this event special.

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the heroes who ran toward danger to save others. It's been 24 years, but the pain, the bravery, and the unity of that day still echo in our hearts.
