✨ Craft time at Stillwater got a creative twist today! Our residents rolled up their sleeves, let their imaginations run wild, and turned an ordinary afternoon into something extraordinary.

From laughter over paint splatters to “happy accidents” becoming masterpieces, the room was buzzing with joy and creativity. 🖌️💛 There’s nothing better than seeing our residents shine through their own unique creations!

We may have started with supplies on a table… but we ended with art, memories, and a whole lot of smiles. 🥰

SPARK of the Month – August 2025 🎉

This month we’re shining the spotlight on someone whose name says it all – Patience Hale! ✨

Patience first joined our Stillwater family in housekeeping, and through hard work, heart, and determination, she has grown into her current role as Activities Assistant. In every step of her journey, she has poured her energy into our residents and our team, bringing warmth, creativity, and a smile that could light up the entire building.

Her commitment to making every day special for our residents is unmatched. Whether she’s leading an activity, sharing a laugh, or just lending a listening ear, Patience radiates positivity and compassion. She is a true example of what it means to grow, to serve, and to lead with heart.

We are so grateful for her dedication, her bright spirit, and the joy she brings to Stillwater every single day. 💛

🎣☀️ Gone Fishin’… and lovin’ every minute of it!

Our residents soaked up the sunshine and cast their lines during a perfect summer fishing trip—and let’s just say the fish weren’t the only ones hooked! 🐟😄

From swapping stories to reeling in the big ones (or at least trying!), it was a relaxing and joy-filled day spent lakeside with good friends and even better vibes. 🧢🌾

💦☀️ When the summer heat hits... we SPLASH BACK! 😎

Stillwater turned into a full-blown water war zone as staff and residents battled it out in the most epic water fight of the summer! 💧🎉

Laughter echoed, water balloons flew, and no one was safe from a good soaking—including our Administrator! 😂

There’s nothing better than cooling off, having fun, and making unforgettable memories together. 💙

This month, we are beyond honored to recognize Jaime Shoup as our SPARK of the Month. Jaime is one of our incredible housekeepers here at Stillwater, but to say she is just a housekeeper would be a huge understatement.


Jaime has a heart of gold and a soul that radiates kindness. She is the kind of person who stops what she’s doing to help anyone in need—whether it’s a resident who needs a warm smile and gentle hand, a nurse who needs a few extra minutes of support, or a teammate in another department who could use an extra set of hands. Jaime shows up with compassion, commitment, and grace—every single day.


Her impact is felt in every hallway, every room, and every heart she touches. We are so grateful for her quiet strength, her servant leadership, and her unwavering dedication to our residents and team.
