People will work very hard to remain consistent with their sense of who they are. Change happens when you change your identity, not just your goals or behaviors.

If your identity is "I'm someone who struggles," you'll tend to make choices that reinforce that identity.

If your identity is "I'm a healthy person," healthy behaviors feel more natural and sustainable.

If your identity is "I'm a successful entrepreneur," you'll be more likely to take actions that align with that belief.

We all seek congruence between our identity (who we believe we are)

Our beliefs (what we think is possible) and our behaviors (what we actually do).

Don’t settle for less than what you’re capable of. Stop agreeing with limitations and start agreeing with God’s vision of who you are.

Today I packed up my healing office. 🩷

This room held so many stories, breakthroughs, tears, laughter and transformations mine included.

I leave feeling both grateful and a little emotional. This space has been such a gift and I’ve grown in ways I never could have imagined.

A big thank you to all who have been part of this chapter AND a huge thank you to this beautiful space .. this sacred container I was gifted, that held us all.

We all have moments when our faith, our beliefs and our focus are tested the most.

While we can't always control what is happening around us, we do have a choice in how we respond to it. The greatest shift often begins within.

Each day, we can choose peace over chaos. We can choose to focus on what nourishes us, uplifts us and brings us into a higher state of energy and awareness.

We can choose light, even when things feel heavy.

I know it's not always easy. Training the mind and working with our emotions takes patience, practice and compassion for ourselves. Some days will be harder than others. But little by little, it is possible.

Keep showing up. Keep choosing what aligns with your highest self. The peace you're looking for is simply a choice and a practice that comes from within. 💫

The way you handle pressure, the way you respond in difficult moments, the peace you carry, your consistency, your kindness, your faithfulness... people notice.

People are learning from your life every single day.
