Beyond Horizon Adult Health Center is a place to promote social engagement for adults. We are not just for adults with disabilities but provide outings and a venue for those adults looking to engage with others. We provide transportation, meals, and scheduled events. We work with orthopedic clinics, assisted living centers, personal care homes, hospice, and nursing homes. We look forward to growing with you!
