💡Wellness Tip of the Day💧

Something I’ve been trying to implement in my everyday life is giving my body enough water!

Not just filling up that Stanley and “getting my water in”😅 I like to take a lil pinch of Celtic salt on my tongue every morning or you can put in your first cup of water! The trace minerals in the salt are supposed to help your body actually absorb the water you’re chugging! Before I started this I would have that “still thirsty” feeling even on my second water cup of the day. So I definitely think it’s doing something 👏🏼

But remember - balance is key 🖤
a lil goes a long way!
